What I am selling is a used 2001 Kawasaki KX500. This bike just had the engine professionally done at a local shop by a certified technician, it has less than 10 hours on it. All the plastic is new UFO except for the tank, radiators are also new. Renthal bars, ASV folding levers, V-Force 3 reeds valve system, FMF Gnarly pipe and Power Core silencer. Tires are about 80% and the chain and sprocket were replaced at the time of the rebuild. This is a great bike with more power than I can handle anymore, it would be an awesome bike for the person who can handle it. VIN JKAKXVEC91A030088. More pictures are available upon request. 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 300 Recalled for ABS Modulator Issue
Thu, 25 Jul 2013As we expected, a manufacturing error for a Nissin anti-lock brake modulator has led to a recall in the U.S. for the 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 300. (UPDATE: Transport Canada has also issued a recall for 745 units, in addition to the 1,083 units recalled in the U.S.) Kawasaki had already issued a recall in Japan for ABS-equipped versions of the 2013 Ninja 250, so it was no surprise that the 300, which uses nearly all of the same parts, would fall victim to the recall as well.

The Yoshimura Suzuki rider becomes the fourth different winner of the season in the 450 class through six rounds. The news was less positive for last week’s winner Chad Reed.
