1977 Kawasaki KV75. Completely restored to factory specs. All parts replaced are OEM with exception of hardware, which was replaced with stainless steel.(All replaced parts will be included in sale) Engine and trans. completely rebuilt using factory parts; New pistons/rings New cylinder barrel and head New bearings/seals New shift drum and gears New clutch assy. Original carburetor rebuilt/rejetted Factory correct engine/case paint color Original frame and forks powder coated Factory correct badging on exhaust, oil tank, and fuel tank Original seat foam with new cover and piping New correct Bridgestone tires Fuel tank cleaned and painted factory correct color and decals Engine starts consistently on 1st or 2nd kick with less than 5 hours on restoration. Even looking at the figures optimistically we're still only selling half the volumes we were in pre-crash 2006.
Kawasaki May Soon Reveal Naked Ninja 250 for Asia
Tue, 15 Jan 2013Kawasaki will unveil a new naked version of the Ninja 250 this month, reports TMCBlog.com. The Malaysian Indonesian blog first published a sketch back in October of a new motorcycle believed to be a new model based on the Ninjette to be called either the ER250 or the Z250. TMCBlog.com now reports Kawasaki will be announced before the end of January, quoting Freddyanto Basuki, marketing manager of Kawasaki Motor Indonesia.
Isle of Man TT 2014: Monster Supersport TT 2 Results
Wed, 04 Jun 2014Michael Dunlop led from start to finish to win the second Supersport TT race, giving him 10 TT victories in his career, tying him with the likes of Giacomo Agostini. Dunlop also joins sidecar racer Robert Fisher, Ian Lougher and Stanley Woods with 10 wins apiece, all tied for seventh overall on the all-time wins list. Riding his MD Racing Honda CBR600RR, Dunlop got off to a strong start, recording a time of 17:55.817 on the opening lap, giving him a 4.6-second advantage over fellow Honda rider Bruce Anstey.
