2013 Long Beach International Motorcycle Show Report

Today the motorcycle press descended upon the Long Beach Convention Center to attend media day at the annual International Motorcycle Show. After feasting from a continental breakfast buffet the discerning journalists set to the task of reporting on the bounty of new model motorcycles – most of which has been previously showcased in our November EICMA reporting. 2014 AMA Supercross – Toronto Results

James Stewart captured his series-leading fourth AMA Supercross 450 class win of the season, giving him sole possession of second place on the overall career wins list ahead of Ricky Carmichael and behind Jeremy McGrath. The win also helped Stewart gain some ground on points leader Ryan Villopoto who suffered from a bout of food poisoning. Villopoto was examined at a Toronto hospital and released in time for the opening ceremonies.

KTM to stop production due to coronavirus

Pierer Mobility has announced plans to temporarily stop assembling KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas brands from March 30 to April 10. We are talking about the plant in Mattighofen, where "orange" motorcycles and Husqvarna are produced, as well as a factory in Girona, Spain. The company is taking this step to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
