All services completed according to KTM manual. Garage kept on a trickle charger. Fresh Continental PR4 tires with 600 miles on them. Dr. Bean fuel pump upgrade. SAS removal and Canistorectomy completed. Factory side and rear luggage racks. KTM tank bag included. Full Akrapovic exhaust system. Highway Dirtbikes Ultimate handguards system. FP shorty adjustable levers. New gel battery in 2015. Custom Seat Concepts seat professionally installed. LED tail light with integrated rear signals, LED front signals with proper flasher unit installed. All body panels replaced with carbon fiber pieces (Superduke low fender, chain guard/hugger, gas tank shrouds, tail piece, and headlight surround). 3 scratches on the left side rear shown in pictures. I also have all the stock plastics if you want to change it back to stock. Comes with KTM brief case and owners manual, plus the parts to rebuild the water pump including all gaskets (known issue on the motor but hasn't started leaking yet) 2 replacement oil sight tubes with crush washers.

MSF Begins Year-long Real World Motorcycle Safety Study

KTM has issued a fine and a warning to its own factory motocross racer Jeffrey Herlings for “certain behavioral issues” from the past two MX2 World Championship rounds. Herlings currently leads the MX2 World Championship standings, winning five of seven rounds including eight of 14 motos. KTM did not specify exactly what Herlings did, but the tipping point was dropping the F-bomb on live television in a post-race interview.

With young Taylor finally lifting my riding ban from his 125 Duke last week (I snapped the gear lever off in a failed garden stunt), I’ve been clocking up a few miles on what surely is the ‘must have’ learner bike of 2011. Last week I hopped aboard for a jaunt into the heart of Leicester where you can still park bikes for free then walk to all the major shops in minutes. I needed to appear in person at the main Post Office for an International Driving Permit as I found out without one; I couldn’t drive during my trip up coming trip to the Japanese Grand Prix.
