I am selling my 2003 KTM 525 MXC Desert Racer. This bike has approx 30hrs. on it. It is all stock, but has new bars-tires-chain&sprockets. It is ready to ride anywhere-just professionally serviced at KTM dealer. Automatic starter, six gear, 3+ gallon tank. Baja Designs light kit with turn signals and brake light. This KTM looks and runs excellent. It is a very tall bike with 15.1ins of ground clearance. Bridgestone motocross tires. Never ridden hard/hardly ridden. Always stored in garage since new.Has 50hp stock. Suspension is WP-state of the art. I will not take a dime less than $3000. Dakar Rally 2012 Results – Despres Wins Fourth Dakar

Cyril Despres beat his teammate Marc Coma to win his fourth Dakar Rally, while KTM captured its 11th consecutive win in the 33rd running of the off-road race. Despres won three stages and finished the 5,214-mile race in South America in a total time of 43 hours, 28 minutes and 11 seconds. Despres crossed the finish in Lima, Peru, with a lead of 53 minutes and 20 seconds ahead of his fellow Red Bull KTM rider Coma.

KTM Reports 2011 Results

KTM reported a 22.4% increase in worldwide motorcycle sales in 2011, raking in a net profit of 20.7 million euros. According to KTM‘s year-end fiscal report, the Austrian company sold 81,200 units in 2011, compared to 66,327 units in 2010. KTM attributes the gains to the launch of its latest EXC off-road competition lineup and the entry-level 125 Duke.

Report: KTM 390 Duke to Launch at EICMA

KTM and Bajaj Auto will launch a new 375cc member of is entry-level Duke lineup, reports Indian site Zigwheels. Previous reports had KTM developing a 350 Duke as an extension of its 125 and 200 Duke (pictured above) family. The 350 Duke was also listed on a leaked Powerpoint slide from a North American dealer meeting we published in February, so this new model may be the first of the small-displacement Duke family to make it to the U.S.
