Husqvarna announced its 2012 motocross lineup including the updated TC250 and TC449 four-stroke models and CR125 two-stroke. Like the previously announced TE dual sports and TXC and WR off-road models, Husqvarna‘s 2012 motocross line receives new all-black chromoly frames with added structural reinforcement, and silver anodized Excel rims. 2012 Husqvarna TC250 The 2012 Husqvarna TC250 (pictured above) receives a new engine with a lighter piston and updated cylinder head, both borrowing from parent company BMW’s Formula 1 developments.

Husqvarna recently marking its fifth consecutive month of sales increases in May, and the company hopes to continue that momentum with the announcement of its 2013 off-road model lineup. The BMW-owned manufacturer is starting to churn out new product after a period of reductions since being  acquired by the German company. As of May, Husqvarna had sold 4,420 motorcycles in 2012, up 43.5% from 2011.

Changes have affected the entire range of Husqvarna enduro bikes, consisting of seven models: three two-stroke and four four-stroke, respectively. All these changes were aimed at making motorcycles even faster, more controllable and more predictable. They didn’t touch the “iron” of the engines - why, if everything is already so close to ideal.
