He did over 120 test runs to perfect it and so here it is for you to enjoy! 

It has 4 tapers!  Not the single taper from Husaberg.

Taffmeisters jetting kit with instructions,  will make your Husaberg a log popping trials machine.  

It gives the bike a crisper throttle response with no bogs and improves the fuel economy as well.  

It's easier to re-start, idles very smoothly, pulls off inspiring confidence that you won't 'stumble'.  

The top end is sharper, and the top speed is higher given that the engine revs further on.  

It makes the bike easier to start when warm.  

There is no loss of any performance.  

It isn't tiring or too powerful it is simply far more responsive - it happens when you ask for it.  

It suits all Keihin FCR carbs, Mk1 or Mk2, 39/41mm, retro fitted or OEM, 400 to 650.  Please state when purchasing the jetting kit your:

1) Model CC Year.

2) Standard or tuned, exhaust system

3) Altitude

Included in the kit: 

• The super needle
• A pilot jet 
• A pilot air jet 
• A main air jet 
• 3 main jets 
• An Aluminium spacer
• An extended pilot screw
• Instructions

The extended pilot screw is now part of the kit and we thoroughly recommend it. 

It will usually be supplied in blue.

 If using a carb from another bike you'll need to check the choke jet which should be a 80 or 85.  

If you require a new choke jet please ask for price and availability.

 The jetting kit is for the MX version and those that came as OEM on Husabergs.  

We can supply the old Mk1 carb PJ or the production carb (no bolt-on bellmouth) air jet - please let us know.  Let me know if you even have a choke circuit?
