Reluctantly selling my 99 Valkyrie. Strongest bike I've owned in 40 years of riding. Smooth as silk and totally reliable. She may need a new front tire next year depending on how much you ride, now she needs nothing but an experienced rider. Handles like a much smaller bike and loves curves. I'm 3rd owner and have good maintenance records. Always draws a crowd at rides and rallys and is too much fun to ride. Only selling because I've ridden Goldwings for last 10 years and this bike lacks the storage my wife and I need for touring. Bike is listed locally so auction may end early. Honda Sold 16.8 Million Motorcycles in 2013
Wed, 29 Jan 2014Honda announced sales of 16.8 million motorcycles in 2013, an improvement of 8.7% from the 15.5 million motorcycles sold in 2012. The announcement was made two days before Honda’s third quarter report for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2013, so we will have to wait to hear the financial impact, but based on these numbers, the quarterly report should be positive.
