Honda VTX description

This bike has always been garaged and fully maintained. It looks great and always gets comments! This bike has the Dynojet PowerCommander tuned to the Vance & Hines exhaust so it runs great and sounds great too! This is a special edition bike from the dealer, not aftermarket. The paint is perfectly smooth with no decal ridges. This bike has lots of chrome, sissy bar & back rest, luggage rack, and National Cycle windshield mounts for your choice of NC windshields. The studded MUSTANG SEAT looks great and is the best for riding comfort, AND your passenger gets a matching Mustang seat too! This bike has shaft-drive which is ultra reliable with almost no maintenance and Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) for immediate starts, no choke, AND no maintenance. Liquid cooling means this bike runs cool in the summer. This 2005 VTX 1800 F is a beauty with about 14850 miles. The title is clear and ready to transfer with the owner's manual and two keys. The Honda VTX 1800 is a very powerful motorcycle. The F model adds an LCD tachometer, digital speedometer, 18 sport wheels (front & back), and LED tail lights to the basic C model. If you want a great looking and riding VTX 1800, the F model is the one you want! PLUS this bike has very expensive additions. You can call me at 501.442.4095 and leave a message. OEMs Plug into Electric Bikes

Sat, 01 Nov 2008

KTM introduced its prototype electric motorcycle earlier this week, and electric bike manufacturer Zero Motorcycles almost immediately responded by opening sales on its 2009 Zero X dirt bike (look for our review of the 2008 model next week!). But these two companies aren’t the only ones exploring the possibilities of electric-powered motorcycles. In September, Japan’s largest industrial information journal Nikkei Business Daily reported that both Honda and Yamaha have set target dates for launching their own electric-powered motorcycles.

GSX-R600 and CBR250R the glass is half full

Wed, 13 Oct 2010

Suzuki’s GSX-R600 might not look that much different to the outgoing model but I suspect this bike could be very much a dark horse in 2011. I say this because two years ago I was definitely not building my hopes up en route to the K9 GSXR 1000 launch. The leaked pictures suggested the biggest change from the 2007 version would be some fresh graphics but I was so wrong.  As it turned out, I was greeted in Almeria with a brand new bike, built from the tarmac up and it proved to be more than a match in every department for the much hyped 2009 Yamaha R1.

AMA Supercross – 2012 Oakland Results

Mon, 30 Jan 2012

The 2012 AMA Supercross Championship race is getting tighter with a fourth race winner in as many rounds following James Stewart‘s victory in Oakland, Calif. The JGRMX Yamaha racer captured his first win of the 2012 season at Oakland’s O.co Coliseum. Stewart out-dueled longtime rival Chad Reed of TwoTwo Motorsports Honda for the win.
