Honda S90 description

For sale is a classic piece of Honda history. A 1965 Honda S90. My father purchased this motorcycle for my brother and I when we were teenagers, early to mid 1970's. It sat in my fathers shed until 2009. The motorcycle was restored in 2009 and used sparingly since. The restorer set the odometer back to zero and it is currently showing just over 100 miles. The motorcycle had 10k on the odometer prior to it going to the restorer. It is registered and recently passed inspection in the state of Massachusetts. It is fun to drive but as I age it is time to give it up. Shipping arrangements are on the buyer. Thanks for checking out my auction.

The Japanese oddity to naming teams

Wed, 28 Jul 2010

Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. Day 4 Dakar 2014: Juan Pedrero Wins Stage Aboard Sherco

Wed, 08 Jan 2014

Stage 4 of the 2014 Dakar saw Juan Pedrero take his maiden victory aboard a Sherco SR 450 Rally. Although not in contention for the overall, Pedrero showed he has outgrown his previous role as Marc Coma’s lieutenant at KTM by bringing his Sherco across the finish line 3:10 faster than third place Coma and 29 seconds faster than second place finisher Francisco Lopez. Coma’s performance in today’s stage moved him to only 3:10 behind overall leader Joan Barreda.
