THIS IS A RECENT REAL BARN FIND, A 1972 HONDA SL175 MOTOSPORT WITH ONLY 1994. ORIGINAL MILES. BIKE LOOKS TO BE ALL ORIGINAL INCLUDING THE BRIDGESTONE TIRES. WHEN WE GOT IT THE LEFT SIDE COVER WAS MISSING SO WE AQUIRED A NOS NEW ORIGINAL HONDA ONE FOR IT. THE BIKE WAS JUST SERVICED BY A CERTIFIED HONDA TECH. AND STARTS RIGHT UP AND RUNS AND RIDES GREAT. INSIDE THE GAS TANK HAD SOME SURFACE RUST SO IT WAS CLEANED AND SEALED INSIDE. THE BIKE IN GENERAL IS IN GOOD ORIGINAL CONDITION BUT IT DOES HAVE SOME RUST SPOTS ON THE UPPER FORK TUBES, HEADLIGHT EARS, AND SOME OF THE OTHER CHROMED PIECES. SEAT IS IN GREAT SHAPE WITH NO CRACKS, CUTS OR RIPS AND STILL HAS THE TOOL KIT MOUNTED UNDERNEATH. ALL THE LIGHTS, HORN ETC. WORK FINE. BIKE COMES WITH A CLEAR FLORIDA TITLE. 1954 AJS E95 May Fetch Upwards of $750K in August Pebble Beach Auction
Wed, 18 May 2011This uber rare 1954 AJS E95, aka The Porcupine, may become the most expensive motorcycle in the world. World-famous auction house, Bonhams, has recently announced that it will handle auctioning of an ultra-rare 1954 AJS E95 during the Pebble Beach Car Week held annually in August at the Quail Lodge Golf Club in Carmel, Calif. Bonhams estimates that due to the rarity of the E95 (only four were completed by British brand AJS) it may see a bid as high as $750,000.
Colin Edwards Announces Retirement At End Of Season

The announcement came during the pre-event press conference ahead of this weekend’s Austin MotoGP race — Edwards’ home round. The two-time World Superbike champion cited a lack of progress from winter testing as one reason for the decision.
Honda to Unveil Electric Sportbike Concept at Tokyo Motor Show
Thu, 10 Nov 2011Honda is set to unveil seven electric-powered concept vehicles at the upcoming 42nd Tokyo Motor Show, including a sportbike that has piqued our interest. According to Honda, the RC-E concept is a version of a sportbike that “pursues the joy of riding.” Honda says the RC-E will offer a powerful and smooth ride unique to an EV model and features a 250cc-class compact body. We’ll provide more details of the RC-E concept as they become available.
