Honda Other description

NOTE: EVEN THOUGH THE AUCTION MIGHT SAY CLEAR TITLE, THERE IS NO TITLE WITH THIS BIKE. WISCONSIN DID NOT ISSUE TITLES FOR THESE AS FAR AS I KNOW. I CAN INCLUDE A BILL OF SALE UPON REQUEST.

VERY Nice survivor Honda QA50. The gentleman I bought this from, informed me he bought it new. He also bought the CT70 I have on another auction. I put a good walkaround video on youtube, look up "suicycleschopshop" to see it. Has excellent compression, runs nice. I weigh 240 pounds, and when I rode it , it seemed to be skippy in second gear. But when my daughter rode it, she said it was fine. She probably put 50 laps around my yard the other day after I tuned it up. It ran better and better the longer she rode it. I know these had some second gear issues, so Im telling you straight up you might wanna address this. This bike has ALL OF THE aspects for an easy resto. Ive owned a lot of Honda minis, and this ones in that top "wish list" of easy restorations.I was SO close to restoring it myself, but then school and 4 kids brought me back to reality lol ! Frame number is 1046757.

Might be a long description, but heres some more info. Nice straight fenders, Ripped cover and foam, but seat pan rock solid. Bars straight. Tank straight and clean. Tool kit underneath. Cannot say enough, and judge by my feedback and experience, that this is an excellent candidate for resto, or just ride. It truly is a survivor !!!

DISCLAIMER: This is an old bike. I am selling it with the intention of my customer base being restoration fanatics, knowing that these old bikes will need some luvin. Therefore it is sold as is, with absolutely no refunds or complaints. If you are bidding on this bike, then you most likely are a vintage bike guy, looking to recapture some of that old school spirit. The best part of our hobby, is doing some work. So be prepared to do some work to make it how YOU want it, not me !

PAYPAL Prefered. I do not know how to arrange shipping but will work with you. I suggest 1-800-uship but its up to you to find a shipper. Buyer responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements. In other words, I'll push it on the truck when it gets here. Must be picked up within 3 weeks, otherwise a $10 per day storage fee will be added.Sorry but Ive had people take advantage of me before , taking MONTHS to get a bike and thats not happening anymore. By bidding, you agree to these terms.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE within 5 days of the auctions end. I file with Ebay on all items not paid for. This is a vintage bike. Youll see some wear, marks, etc. I sell vintage bikes with the mentiality: "gonna need some luvin', ridin', or restore it if ya have the time !!". $100 deposit required within 48 hours, and it is non-refundable.

Honda is recalling over 20,000 Shadows in the US

Fri, 29 Jan 2016

Honda is recalling 22,142 motorcycles from shipments produced between 2010 and 2016. The reason was the vibration from the engine, which over time leads to chafing of the fall sensor wire in the common harness. Dealers promise to move the wire to another location and replace the sensor free of charge.

WSBK 2013: Jerez Race Report

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

Eugene Laverty did everything he could, scoring a pair of race wins but it was not enough as Tom Sykes rode smartly and conservatively at the season finale in Spain, securing his first ever World Superbike Championship. Sykes landed in Jerez with a 37-point lead over Laverty and a 38-point lead over Sylvain Guintoli. While Laverty battled Marco Melandri to win Race One, Sykes coasted comfortably in third for most of the race to score 16 points, enough to clinch the title.

Ronax 500cc Two-Stroke Sportbike Coming June 8

Wed, 16 Apr 2014

German company Ronax GmbH is producing a limited edition street-legal two-stroke sportbike rumored to be based on the Honda NSR500 GP racebike. The company isn’t releasing much information but what little it has revealed about the Ronax 500 has certainly piqued our interest. What we do know for certain is the motorcycle will be powered by a 500cc two-stroke V-4 engine, which sounds like Honda’s racebike of yesteryear.
