Honda Nighthawk description

Hi there we have a really nice 1982 Honda Night Hawk 450 SC in Yellow, this bike was ridden in several Parades back in its younger days, I really have no reason to sell her but I am wanting to pass on a great piece of history to someone that will enjoy her as much as I have. The miles of 5471 are 100% original here recently I installed a new battery, back tire and put some new paint on her. It runs really good for a 1982 bike!!!

I am listing this for a friend his name is John and if you want to call him or text him he is a 479-422-1807 or you can e-mail him at shenry5611@yahoo.com he will tell you more about this fine machine.

I will not be able to answer any questions for you so please don't try to contact me for info I am just a friend helping a friend sell a nice bike. Thanks Drew and I hope you have a great time bidding the reserve is under 2000.00 is the only hint I can give you....

EICMA 2013: 2014 Honda VFR800F

Mon, 04 Nov 2013

Gracing the new 2014 VFR800F is traction control, ABS, heated grips, adjustable seat height and self-canceling blinkers. The V-Four-powered machine has been re-tuned  for greater low and mid-range torque, and also receives a new telescopic fork, Pro-arm swingarm, wheels, new, slimmer bodywork and styling. Starting with the 782cc V4-VTEC engine, Honda engineers focused mainly on cam timing and valve duration/overlap to increase low-to midrange power and torque, claiming 104.5 hp @ 10,250 rpm and 55.4 ft-lbs of torque @ 8,500 rpm. Bore and stroke is 72mm x 48mm, with compression ratio of 11.8:1. VTEC valve timing still operates one pair of inlet/exhaust valves per cylinder at low rpm, and then switches to four as revs rise. Honda’s single-mode Traction Control System (TCS) is fitted as standard equipment and is operated from the left handlebar.
