Honda CR description
Up for Sale is a 1973 or 1974 ( check frame and motor numbers to be sure) Honda CR250M Elsinore MX motorcycle. No title, ( off road use only). Frame # CR250M-1014773. Motor # CR250ME-1015234. It does not run, has been sitting since 2000. Engine turns over with great compression. Has spark, Front brake works as it should. Rear works as it should. Shifts through the gears. Gas Tank has no dents (see picture). Clean inside. DID Wheels looks straight. Pipe is solid, has some dings. The back top left motor mount is broken, and someone put an eye hook bolt through (see picture). Looks to be complete. You receive what is pictured. Please see my other vintage motorcycles and parts. But this clip descends in to absurdity when the rider fumbles setting off on the Honda NR750 and drops the oval-pistoned beauty on its side. Did he stall it or is there a disc lock hidden within the pixilated video?
2015 Honda CB300F Officially Announced
Thu, 10 Jul 2014As we expected from previously released design trademark diagrams and certification from the California Air Resources Board, Honda has revealed a new naked version of the the CBR300R dubbed the CB300F. The 2015 Honda CB300F shares the same chassis and 286cc single-cylinder fuel-injected engine as the CBR300R. The engine itself is similar to the CBR250R’s powerplant, but with the piston stroke increased to 63mm from 55mm.
Team Mugen Returning to TT Zero with Shinden 2
Fri, 08 Feb 2013Noted Honda tuner Mugen announced it will compete in the 2013 TT Zero on the Isle of Man with an updated version of its Shinden electric sportbike. Mugen entered the Shinden at last year’s TT Zero, with Isle of Man veteran John McGuinness finishing second with an average speed of 102.215 mph. Team Mugen managed to break the 100mph barrier but fell short to the race winner Michael Rutter who rode the MotoCzysz E1PC.
