I bought this Honda CBR250R brand new in May of this year. This bike has a couple of extras including an adjustable suspension piece that lets the rider lower the bike which is perfect for beginners ($300 to put in) and has a Leo Vince exhaust. I have done the 1st oil change on the bike and ready to go 3000 more miles until another service. This bike has never been down and is clean. Registered until May of next year. $4000 obo. The process is tedious, and even if permission is granted, there are strict limitations as to what the material may or may not be used for. So when Honda decided to conduct its own private test (which Yamaha also joined), at the Circuit of the Americas, it was free from any and all Dorna mandates.
