hey everybody. I have a 2008 Honda CBR1000RR for sale. its an awesome bike, fast as hell, but I literally havent ridden it since 2011 so im letting her go. only 4,zero miles on it IF THAT. I havent checked the odometer lately. has a power commander V on it, and a voodoo cycles exhaust. hot bodies under tail kit, and a custom bottom fairing to replace the old 1 when I did the exhaust. complete custom paint job. either youll like it or youll hate it. its covered with red flames, skulls, spiderwebs, and black widows. black aftermarket windscreen, along with 3 in spikes. 148 red led lamps light up the entire bike. pig spotter II mirrors, and a spare rear tire with it. Honda Returning to AMA Pro Racing with Team Hammer and Dane Westby
Mon, 07 Jan 2013Days after the release of the reigning AMA Daytona Sportbike champion from his contract, the Geico Motorcycle race team announced it will field Dane Westby with the backing of Team Hammer on a Honda CBR600RR season. Westby rode last season for Team Hammer on the M4 Suzuki GSX-R600 to finish second overall behind fellow Team Hammer rider Martin Cardenas who raced on a Geico-sponsored Suzuki GSX-R600. Last week, Team Hammer released Cardenas from his contract option for the 2013 season so he could pursue opportunities in the Superbike class.

Mon, 14 Oct 2013Honda Project Leader Shunji Yokokawa's first Honda bike was a CB900, which he got when he was a teenager after seeing Freddie Spencer wheeling his way down the Laguna's Corkscrew.Yokokawa has been in the States himself recently, having travelled to the Bonneville Salt Flats to break a world land speed record for a stock 600cc motorcycle.According to the Southern California Timing Association website (you'd have thought the video might have mentioned something about the record?), Shunji was successful in his attempt during August's 'Speed Week', setting an official speed of 170.828mph onboard a CBR600RR.
