In June, Flagstaff residents Eva Rupert and Josh Remer will be riding vintage 100cc motorcycles across the state of Arizona to raise money for Blood:Water Mission, a Nashville non-profit that builds HIV/AIDS clinics and clean water wells in Africa. Both Josh and Eva are avid motorcyclists and wanted a way to use what they love to make a difference in the world. They see their ride as a more exciting version of a walk-a-thon.Tue, 10 Jan 2012
My long-term Fireblade went back to Honda last week and, seeing as it’s sunny and mild outside now, I’m already missing it. It is one of the best 1000cc sports bikes out there, I don’t care what anyone else says, the way it makes its power is just perfect for fast road use. With the Power Commander 5 fitted and the fuelling sorted my 2011 Blade performed as well if not better than the 2012 version.Mon, 27 Jan 2014
With three different racers tasting victory in the first three rounds of the 2014 AMA Supercross Championship, the season was shaping up to be one of the deepest and most competitive fields we’ve seen. But at Round Four at O.o Coliseum in Oakland, Calif., Ryan Villopoto showed why he remains the top dog, leading each lap for his second win of the season. The Kawasaki rider only trailed at the very start of the race, as Honda rider Vince Friese took the holeshot with Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton slotting in second through the first corner.
