A very nice original bike with the carburetors completely rebuilt. All paint is original with some scratches but shows excellent. Original exhaust has no rust. Seat is perfect. No broken side cover tabs. Fuel tank looks new inside and no coating. No drag on the braking system. New sealed battery. Bike runs as it should. I have a clear Vermont registration in my name which can be transferred . Please check my feedback. Bike is sold as is and a 200.00 dollar deposit is required after auction followed by final payment. Video: Honda Crossrunner v mountain pass
Fri, 01 Apr 2011This road (the one in the video) was a previously unseen, super-steep mountain pass which needed first gear for the hairpins and second between them with an occasional grab at third on the quicker sections. It was the sort of road that pumps up your forearms and makes you crane your neck to see what's coming next (mainly cyclists). The surface was rubbish.
Honda CRF250L Confirmed for North America
Thu, 19 Apr 2012American Honda and Honda Canada haven’t yet officially announced they will import the new Honda CRF250L, but the parent company has outed the dual-sport’s availability in North America. Honda has launched a new micro-site dedicated to the CRF250L describing its features including its CBR250R-derived engine. The section discussing the CRF250L’s muffler explicitly confirms an American and Canadian model, saying: “the model for the United States and Canada complies through additional settings for a spark arrestor.” The section on the CRF250L’s engine also confirms the dual-sport will be CARB-compliant, stating: “the power unit for the U.S.
Honda Teases New 2014 Off-Road Model – Video
Thu, 09 May 2013American Honda released a video teasing a new 2014 off-road model which will be revealed in May 14. The 2:21 video was shot with an action camera mounted along the top of the swingarm as the mystery model races around a motocross track. The most obvious conclusion is the teaser is for the 2014 Honda CRF450R or CRF250R.
