Honda CB description

Fantastic condition Cb450 DOHC. Engine is strong and extremely clean. Original pipes with good baffles and no holes. Mileage is accurate. All wearable components such as chain and tires and battery are in good shape.Fork seals are good. Carbs do not leak.  Valves are a little noisy and could use a valve adjustment which would cost under 100 dollars with your local vintage mechanic. Electric starter does not work as well but starts easily using the kicker. Paint has been redone but is starting to lift and bubble around the gas cap.

Thanks for looking and happy bidding

Hero Honda Rebranded as Hero MotoCorp

Tue, 09 Aug 2011

Honda’s former joint venture in India has officially rebranded itself as Hero MotoCorp, revealing the company’s new logo and signaling the beginning of a new era for India’s largest motorcycle manufacturer. Formerly known as Hero Honda, the joint venture claims a share of nearly half of India’s two-wheeled vehicle market. Honda decided in late 2010 to end its 27-year partnership with India’s Hero Motors, buying out its 26% share for $855 million, about half the market price at the time.
