 ALL ORIGINAL COMPLETE HONDA C70 1980 MOTORCYCLE STEP THROUGH SCOOTER. HAS BEEN STORED BY MY FATHER CAREFULLY FOR MANY YEARS. 2ND OWNER. HAD TUNE UP AND ALL NEW BULBS BEFORE LAST STORAGE 2 YEARS AGO. HAS NOT BEEN RUN SINCE. 6 VOLT SYSTEM. NEWER BATTERY STORED INDOORS. 3 SPEED MANUAL. THERE ARE THE EXTRA OPTIONAL FRONT AND REAR RACKS. ALL THE PLASTIC FENDERS AND COVERS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. SOME OIL STAINING AROUND BOTTOM OF FRONT HOUSING. NO TEARS IN SEAT. ALL CHROME HAS SOME LIGHT PITTING AND RUSTING. PAINT HAS SOME WEAR AND LIGHT RUST. MANUFACTURED ON 4-30-1980. WSBK 2013: Donington Park Race Report

Tom Sykes had an outstanding weekend in front of his home fans, scoring a pair of wins at the World Superbike Championship round at the United Kingdom’s Donington Park. The Kawasaki racer led every session from first qualifying onwards, before leading all 23 laps in both races for the double. The double victory brings Sykes to within 4 points of series leader Sylvain Guintoli who had a decent weekend himself with a pair of podium finishes.

JCR Honda Wins 2012 Baja 1000

The Johnny Campbell Racing Honda team handily won the 2012 Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 rally, setting the fastest time in any motorcycle class by more than an hour. The win marked the 16th consecutive victory and 23rd overall for Honda. JCR‘s Colton Udall, Timmy Weigand and David Kamo completed 1121-mile course on a Honda CRF450X with a time of 20:09:30 for an average speed of 55.64 mph.

The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
