2003 Harley-Davidson VRSCA V-Rod, 100th anniversary with exhaust and more. - 100th Anniversary VRSCA V-Rod A truly original, technologically masterful machine that combines raw performance and long, low, hot rod styling. It's built around the race-inspired Revolution engine. A high-revving, liquid-cooled, 115-hp, 60°, 1130cc, fuel-injected V-Twin marvel that puts the power in powertrain. We showcase this mechanical wonder in a hydro-formed perimeter frame. Then we rubber-mount and counterbalance it for a smooth ride. Part of the trademark of the V-Rod is the styling of the aluminum bodywork. It pushes the look of the fenders, air box cover and dual scoop radiator cover. A factory security system is now standard. 2013 Harley-Davidson World Ride Scheduled for June 23-24
Tue, 07 May 2013Harley-Davidson riders around the world will head out on the road June 23-24 for the 2013 Harley-Davidson World Ride. The event is organized by the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), but non-members are invited to join in to celebrate Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary as well as H.O.G.’s 30th anniversary. “Harley-Davidson is celebrating two big anniversaries this year, and the World Ride is a great way for riders around the world to celebrate them with us,” says Ken Knuteson, H.O.G.
Brammo Hires Ex-Harley-Davidson Dealer Development Director
Fri, 10 Jun 2011Brammo has hired former Harley-Davidson dealer development director Jim Marcolina to develop the electric motorcycle maker’s North American dealer network. Marcolina was director of dealer development and dealer relations at Harley-Davidson after joining the Motor Company as a district sales manager. Brammo will rely on Marcolina’s experience working with Harley-Davidson’s dealer network to help establish its own fledgling network.
