2015 Street Glide Special FLHXS Brilliant Silver Pearl, 6845 miles, garage kept, accurately maintained, 1 year of factory warranty left. Performance Machine accessories include rear exhaust tips, Stage 1 Air Cleaner (bike was dyno ran after Stage 1 Installation), windshield trim, fuel door, ignition switch, dash trim, horn cover, shift linkage, shift levers, derby cover and bag hinge covers. Custom Dynamics light include LED front turn signals, rear turn signals, rear tri-bar light, 8" rear plasma rods and brake light modulator. Other custom lighting includes JW Speaker LED Evolution II headlight with Arlen Ness Fire Ring Headlight bezel, smoked lenses on all lighting, Willie G ghost lights in saddlebags and 300 bulb multicolor LED light kit. Sound system consists of (2) Rockford Fosgate 300W amps driving 6.5" Alpine SPR60C components in the fairing, Alpine SPR50C components in the bag lids and JL Audio 8" subs in the bags along with custom chrome plated speaker grills in the fairing. The fairing is color matched the bike in factory Brilliant Silver Pearl. 10" Todd's Bars mini-apes along with Chrome switch housings and levers and Xtreme Machine billet grips. V-Twin Mfg. curved license plate holder with hidden screws along with V-Twin Tribal chrome mirrors. Adjustable passenger floorboard mounts with Willie G floorboard inserts and brake pedal included. Highway peg mounts are adjustable and include chrome Xtreme Machine highway pegs. D & D FatCat 2-into-1 exhaust with ghost pipe, heavy duty plug wires and chrome mid-frame air deflectors also included. Bike has custom chrome CVO Willie G badging on gas tank, front fairing and saddlebags. Seat is a HD Sundowner with StreetGlide stitching and has matching backrest. Long Ride Shields 9" windshield with HD leather windshield 3-pocket bag add to available storage. This is a must see bike, like brand new and is a deal at the asking price. NHTSA Launches Recall Look-up by VIN Tool

The U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration have launched a new free online tool that should make it easier for consumers to inspect their vehicles’ safety recall histories. The new search tool, available at http://www.safercar.gov/vinlookup, allows people to look for recall campaigns by entering Vehicle Identification Numbers.

It’s only been a couple of weeks since Harley-Davidson broke new ground by unveiling new “Twin-Cooled” liquid precision-cooling engine technology its new Project Rushmore suite of customer-driven refinements, but the Motor Company appears to have even more ambitious plans in the works. Speaking at Harley-Davidson’s 110th anniversary celebrations, Chief Operating Officer Matthew Levatich confirmed the company is producing a new 500cc model and opened the possibility of an electric Harley-Davidson somewhere down the line. We’ve previously written about Harley-Davidson’s plans to introduce a new 500cc V-Twin model for the Indian market.

Harley-Davidson Opens Latin America Office in Miami

Harley-Davidson opened a new regional headquarters in Miami, Fla., to house the company’s Latin America operations. The new Harley-Davidson Latin America headquarters supports the Motor Company’s subsidiaries in Brazil, Mexico and other countries in Central and South America. Harley-Davidson projects international sales to exceed 40% of the company’s revenue by 2014 with the Latin America office a prime area of growth.
