2011 Harley Davidson FLHX 103 One Owner, 15,000 miles...
Bought this brand new and as soon as I purchased it that winter I tore it down and went totally custom...Customized flame paint job, even flames etched into the windshield, YAFEE 12" Bagger Bars, New Speaker and Amp, Cams, Roland Sands Wheels...way too many other extras to list...the motorcycle shows itself and turns heads everywhere. I always serviced at 3,000 miles, oil changed. New tires and service before my trip in September to Maine 2200 miles round trip in 6 days, the motorcycle ran flawless! Truly is in mint condition. Sons Of Anarchy Claims “We Basically Saved Harley.”
Wed, 12 Feb 2014“We basically saved Harley,” says Sons of Anarchy co-star Mark Boone Jr. (Bobby) to Susan Carpenter of The Hollywood Reporter. In a time before the economic meltdown, motorcycle sales, especially for Harley-Davidson, were booming. After the collapse, sales have only started to pick up again within the past two years (at nowhere near pre-2008 levels, however).

Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
Harley-Davidson Museum Announces Black Leather Jacket Exhibit
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“ exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.
