Extremely clean custom 2002 roadking 1450cc that looks and runs awesome. 38k miles. Very clean Chrome front end with no peeling and all rebuilt with new seals and heavy weight oil. Lowered 3in front and rear. All new gloss black paint and powder-coat to include tins, bags, crash bar, floor boards, horn cover, rocker covers, nacelle and spear, dash. New Powder-coated 21in front wheel and tire, new matching powder-coated laced rear wheels as well (not the typical laced front and stock mag rear) with matching chrome brake rotors. All new bearings. Aftermarket slip ons that sound great. New low profile seat. New kicker BT stereo/speakers with amp. New burley beach bars and burley aluminum riser. Chrome controls in excellent condition with no pitting or peeling. Hid headlight, fog lights and Led markers. Bike looks, runs, and rides awesome. Starting Thursday, August 28 at 5:00 PM, the biggest bike night of the riding season kicks off the event-filled weekend. The holiday gathering will also include two custom bike shows, a women’s ride, displays of the 2015 Harley-Davidson Models, and the last chance to see the H-D Museum’s summer show entitled The American Road.
Harley-Davidson Museum Announces Black Leather Jacket Exhibit
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“ exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.
Sturgis Buffalo Chip Student Build Challenge Will Use 2014 Harley-Davidson Street Glide

The bike build project is a collaboration between the Sturgis Buffalo Chip, Sturgis Brown High School, Black Hills Harley-Davidson, Terry Components, Dakota V-Twin and a large group of industry-leading parts sponsors. The program provides the opportunity for Sturgis Brown High School students to learn from leading motorcycle industry professionals in order to create a one-of-a-kind custom motorcycle from a stock Harley-Davidson.
