Harley-Davidson Touring description

This is a 2001 Harley Road King that  i built in 2015. It has a Colorado Customs 26" Ryker front wheel. It was raked with American Suspension weld on short neck kit and rides excellently! The entire body kit is American Drag Seats Twisted King kit. It has American Drag Seats floor boards and brake, shifter pedals. All of the factory gauges were utilized in the build and custom bezzells were hand made and polished to match the over all themeof he build. It has a Sony media unit and DB driver amp pushing the 4 Memphis audio 6X9's! This bike jams! it has a 2 into 1 custom American Drag Seats exhaust. It sounds like a V8!! The bike sits on a MRI center stand and has front and rear air ride with 2 custom air tanks for quick up and down. This bike has all of the original receipts of all of the maintenance work from the day it was purchased from Cowboy Harley Davidson in Beaumont Texas as well as all of the receipts from the build! The extreme paint job was done by Tex McDorman of Tex Efx Motorsports and Graffix in Sanger Texas. The paint alone was $11,000.00 !!!! It has won many many Trophies including Best of Show at ROT " Republic of Texas" rally in Austin Texas. It was featured in American Bagger magazine September 2015. The bike is valued at $67,000.00 when you add all of the labor and expenses to build it. This bike is the best of the best and deserves a great home!!!!!The bike has to be seen in person to appreciate all of the details in the bike! These pictures just don't do it justice!! The motor is diamond cut and the inside of the motor was gone thru before final assembly was done. Its better than a brand new Street Glide for about the same price. I'm selling it because i've started on the restoration of my 1980 Camaro Z28. And i just don't have the time to enjoy it any more.

Harley Skateboard Trick – Awesome Motorcycle Jump

Tue, 28 Apr 2009

Everything needs to be jumped over with a skateboard at some point in human history.  People, benches, cars, cats, senior citizens, conclusions, ships, …. I’m getting a little metaphorical here…  Why not motorcycles?  Let’s jump some motorcycles on a skateboard and let’s make them Harley-Davidson motorcycles to boot. Harley is on fire with releasing “viral video” to promote their Dark Custom line and have now released this interesting video of a “modded” skateboard with fireworks strapped to it flying over some bikes.  Personally, I think it  looks like the guy is hanging from a wire when he crosses over those bikes.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Tue, 09 Oct 2012

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.

Top 10 Album Covers featuring Motorcycles

1 of 11Next Last   Motorcycles and rock ‘n’ roll. Ever since The King threw his leg over his ’56 Harley-Davidson and the Black Rebels rolled into Carbonville, the combination of motorcycles and rock have been as combustible as gas and spark. Early moto-rock lived for the most part on the fringes of pop music, in the pomped-up rockabilly of guys like Eddie Cochran and Gene Vincent.
