Harley-Davidson Sturgis description

Here it is guys,  The Boss came to me and said "It's Time"  after 35 years of owning this bike he bought brand new and has decided to sell it and possibly make the switch to a dresser. But this has to be the nicest untouched original condition bike I have ever seen. I have over 60 pictures of it and shows great detail of the condition. I jokingly told him he was a sick man for the level of care he has given this bike, BUT you can't argue with the end result.  He has all the original documentation, owners manuals, brochures, service manuals, purchase agreement, break-in instruction....everything!  As you can see by the photos, this bike needs nothing but a new home. He purchased a couple factory upgrade items such as Chrome horn cover, Chrome gauge cover, and  Chrome Oil tank accessory. But as fussy as he is, he has all three original black pieces he removed when he put the chrome on. I crawled all over this bike with an eagle eye and there is only minor signs of aging you would find on any 3 or 4 year old bike, but for a 35 years old bike, this thing is a ALL ORIGINAL 1 OWNER gem...  It has been garage kept with the bike cover on it (included with the bike) at all times.  Instead of starting the auction at $1 and setting a respectable reserve price, we are just going to start the bidding at a number that makes sense and any bids will be a winning bid if you are the highest when the action closes.   I am not sure if eBay is going to let me put all the pictures i have up on here so i will pick all the most inclusive pics first and if you want to see more. try going to our Facebook page at M-D Truck Sales & Service and the pics are posted there as well. Please feel free to call Mark ( 717-648-5325 ) with any and all questions or if you would like to set up a time to come see the bike before bidding.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU ARE READY TO BUY AND HAVE THE MONEY IN HAND, PLACING A BID IS A COMMITMENT TO BUY.... NOT an opportunity to come look and see if you want it or scramble to find the money. If you need to see it in person before you can commit to buy, the only bid AFTER you have seen it.  Too many people are bidding on auctions and ruining it for others who are serious buyers.  Thanks  (NOTE******  if you are new to eBay and have less than 5 feedback rating - you must hit the "contact seller" button and send me a message and tell me you agree that you know your bid is binding commitment to purchase. If you do not send this message to me - then i will assume you didn't read this and are one of the MANY new eBayers that don't understand eBay rules about A "Bid is a Contract to purchase" and you will be expected to complete the transaction. So if you Bid and I don't have a message from you, YOUR BIDS WILL BE CANCELED

Sorry for the preaching, but history has shown, there are still a lot of people who don't understand and this is not a $50 item that anyone could buy. so when you mess up a sale to a serious buyer, it seriously hurts for Buyer and Seller

$500 deposit via PAYPAL is REQUIRED at end of auction regardless of when you want to pick it up, it shows you are a  serious buyer Sorry, NO Exceptions

Sat, 27 Jul 2013

Reagan Imhoff dreams of a career in art, and the determined 8-year-old and MDA Ambassador won’t let Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type II get in the way of those dreams. Her parents’ New Berlin, WI, home is plastered with hundreds of her drawings, and a painting of hers sold for $5,000 at the MDA Black-N-Blue Ball in May. Local artist and Harley-Davidson designer Mathew Hintz is encouraging her passion.
