This 2007 Sportster has fuel injection, stage one air cleaner and exhaust kit, HD upgraded seat, and HD fork mounted windshield. Everything you would want on a Sportster including lots of chrome. The paint is a white with gold flake underneath. Really sharp looking in the sun.
Other accessories included in the sale are chrome highway bars with HD highway pegs, quick detach passenger sissy bar / back rest. and original pull back style handle bars. The low model is designed to be lower sitting in stance, better maneuverability, but still have plenty of power. As seen on the left side there is a small chip in the paint from the gas tank being taken off and dropped by original owner. There is also some pitting on the chrome handlebar risers. Overall in great condition for its age. Bike has never been down. Only other concern is the left turn signal indicator does not work, however all turn signals work properly. The bike is ready to ride with a NYS inspection just last month. Local pick up is required so please keep in mind location when bidding. |

Knievel bikes to go on show in Britain
Mon, 15 Nov 2010THE MOTORCYCLES, leathers and personal memorabilia made famous by US stunt legend Evel Knievel are being exhibited on a world tour, with a UK date on the schedule. The True Evel tour will be at the Battistinis California Dreamin' Expo, 28th-29th May 2011 in Bournemouth, UK. Show-goers will get the chance to see Knievel's famous Harley-Davidson which crashed in a jump over a tank of sharks, the X-2 Sky Cycle from the ill-fated Snake River Canyon jump, the Wheelie Dragster Car, and of course the instantly recognisable blue and white leather suits.
2015 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler Revealed
Tue, 26 Aug 2014It’s no surprise, as we’ve already seen the spy photos and California Air Resources Board documents, but Harley-Davidson has officially introduced its new Freewheeler trike, adding a second three-wheeled model to go with the Tri Glide Ultra Classic. Whereas the Tri Glide is designed for touring needs, the Freewheeler is more of a cruiser with 12-inch mini-ape-hanger handlebars and bobtail fenders. Up front is a seven-piece nacelle with a dual halogen lamp mounted tight to the 49mm telescopic fork and frame.
