1980 sportster ironhead PROJECT. Does not run. Will need to buy oil tank, seat, rear axle, seat to ride. Motor has only 24000 miles. Motor runs very strong and transmission shifts perfect. Has santee weld on hardtail. Comes with front matching fender and original oil tank. Comes with original chain, but is to short. Comes with front and rear brakes that will need to be mounted. You can buy in confidence that the motor and trans is in good running condition. Please read what the bike will need to ride. Its for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction anytime. Clear title and matching numbers.

Jury Dismisses Suit Against Harley-Davidson Over ABS Indicator
Tue, 20 Dec 2011A Sacramento Superior Court jury has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson involving a 2009 accident that left one of the plaintiffs with severe brain injuries. Judy Wilson was injured in an April 11, 2009, crash after her husband, Jack, locked the rear wheel of his non-ABS equipped 2008 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The plaintiffs contended they believed their was equipped with ABS because the instrument panel had an ABS indicator icon and from the salesperson’s sales pitch.
