I am selling my 2015 Harley Davidson FLSTN softail deluxe only becuase I have to. I have a major event coming up and I need to pay for it, so the Harley is the 1st one out the door. Purchased from Chicago Harley Davidson in Glenview, IL in September 2015, I put 1000 miles on it in 2015, got the 1000mi service and then put it in a heated garage until this spring. As it stands the mileage is ~1800 and will increase slightly with riding around town. The chrome spoke rims on white walls set the 2-tone paint apart from all the other Softails, and the LED driving lights are fantastic and give much better visibility than my Volkswagen. Below are some of the upgrades put on it from the dealer: Stage 1 Performance package (straight pipes no baffles, high-flow intake filter) Extended shark fin chrome tail pipes (32") Type B Motor (No shaking at all!) BIG motor (the 1692 cu. in.) Shoulder high handlebars (14") LED Riding lights (bright!) White Wall Tires Spoke Rims To name a few I have babied this bike to keep it in New condition. Harley-Davidson’s 110th Anniversary Party Is Just A Week Away
Fri, 23 Aug 2013Harley-Davidson has been preparing for its 110th anniversary party for the past year, celebrating in 11 countries on six different continents. In the past year, Harley-Davidson employees, dealers and riders have shared thousands of amazing experiences, including a ride through the Tibetan Plateau in China, a parade along the beaches of Sao Paulo and even a Papal blessing. But now the party is coming home to Milwaukee over Labor Day weekend, which promises to be the biggest celebration of them all. Milwaukee residents have always been cordial hosts for Harley-Davidson enthusiasts who make the journey to the City of Festivals from around the world. One Anniversary tradition is the welcoming home of thousands of riders by Milwaukee area residents who stand on the city’s highway overpasses with homemade welcome signs as riders arrive in Milwaukee.
Three-Year-Old Motorcycle Prodigy?
Tue, 18 Aug 2009Even though Tiger woods started paying golf at age two, this story of a three-year-old boy from New Delhi, India is probably just as impressive, maybe more. Azeem Khan, photographed on the Royal Enfield Bullet above, has been granted a special license by judges in India allowing him to ride his motorcycle on side roads but is not allowed out on the main roads by himself. Khan’s father had to customize the bike so that the young boy could reach the controls and prove that he could handle the motorcycle on his own. I used to sit him on my bike and he would always grab at the controls.
