Harley-Davidson Softail description

For sale is a like-new 2009 Harley-Davidson Softail Custom FXSTC with only 270 miles. Original purchase price over $19,000. Pay for used and get just like it rolled off of the Dealer's floor.

Title is clear and in hand so you don't have to wait and you won't have to worry about getting ripped off.
This motorcycle has never seen weather other than sunshine. Never ridden in rain.  Never ridden in ice or snow.  Taken care of like a new born baby.  Garaged during winters. Always cleaned and well maintained.
I am selling my bike because my 23-year old daughter had a serious car accident and I have to be responsible again. Nothing is wrong with this bike.  Never laid down.  Never hit.  Never dinged. Nothing wrong with it.
Comes with two key fobs and factory installed anti theft security system.  You can operate the motorcycle by having the fob near the bike so you have keyless operation.  If someone attempts to start or even move the bike without the key fob being present the system will lock down and starting will be impossible.
Lots of chrome make this a beautiful bike with a beautiful ride.

    Harley-Davidson’s Vanity Fair Photo Shoot

    Tue, 12 May 2009

Harley-Davidson has JUST uploaded a new video to YouTube (seriously! It was at 0 views when I got there!).  The video is a behind the scenes look at Harley-Davidson’s photo shoot for an upcoming issue of Vanity Fair. Watch the behind the scenes footage from Harley-Davidson’s new print campaign in the June Issue of Vanity Fair that salutes women riders and encourages females who have not yet hit the road on two wheels to “experience life with no regrets.” The women featured are health and wellness expert and NBCs The Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels; Grammy®-winning singer-songwriter Jewel; television and film actor Tricia Helfer; and Los Angeles rider/entrepreneur Deborah DiMiceli.

Twin-engine pulsejet motorcycle. As you do..

    Mon, 21 Feb 2011

The guy behind this twin-engined pulsejet motorcycle, Robert 'Bob' Maddox, fascinates me. He's a cabinet maker by trade but is somewhat an expert in the field of pulsejet engineering and has built a whole host of machines powered by the ever so subtle jet engine. This latest bike is dubbed a Harley-Davidson Sportjet, although it has nothing to do with Milwaukee and I'm not sure why H-D made it onto the tank...

AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season

    Fri, 12 Apr 2013

AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.
