08 HD Heritage Softtail... Quick release backrest and windshield, leather saddlebags, 2 into 1 thunderhead exhaust... Nice paint ( a couple of minor dings on front fender) but to be expected on a preowned bike.. 96 CI, fuel injected, new battery and rear tire. Sharp looking bike and well cared for.. The price is right for year and mileage... Hate to part with it but you gotta do what's right by family and that means the bike goes. Runs strong, looks great, sounds impressive.... No joy rides until cash in my hands... For sale locally so may end if sold .. Best of luck and you won't be disappointed with this ride.. From my experience with this bike and knowing Harleys this bike is a great deal !!! |

Harley-Davidson Museum’s Custom Bike Show Weekend on Labor Day
Fri, 08 Aug 2014Labor Day weekend 2014, the place for Harley-Davidson fans to be is at the Harley-Davidson Museum. Starting Thursday, August 28 at 5:00 PM, the biggest bike night of the riding season kicks off the event-filled weekend. The holiday gathering will also include two custom bike shows, a women’s ride, displays of the 2015 Harley-Davidson Models, and the last chance to see the H-D Museum’s summer show entitled The American Road.

Wed, 14 Jul 2010The former NHL Detroit Red Wing and Chicago Blackhawks tough guy, Bob Probert, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2010 after suffering chest pains while boating with his family. Probert was arguably the all time greatest NHL fighter but also had great skills, leadership qualities and a big heart. He was taken to his final destination on a Harley-Davidson sidecar before about 1,000 mourners. Probert was 45 years old on his passing, he leaves behind his wife Dani, son Jack and two daughters, Brogan and Tierney. A news clip and some Probert highlights after the jump.
