Selling my 2002 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail FLHTCI. I am the second owner of this bike and have had it for 5 years. It needs a new owner who will get out there and put some miles on it. With my work schedule, I just don't have time to ride anymore.
-Two-Tone Suede Green Pearl/Vivid Black -Very low miles...Just over 10,000(average miles for this year are about 45,000) -Tires are good...less than 1,000 miles on rear -Screaming Eagle exhaust...original is also included -Extra chrome parts everywhere...all the original parts are included as well -Fuel injected -5 speed transmission -Quick detach windshield -Garage kept -Never wrecked/dropped -Freshly serviced(oil change, transmission, primary) -Includes Harley Davidson helmet(worn twice) -Includes a trickle charger, luggage rack, a big Harley Davidson luggage bag, a small Harley bag, and a Harley bike cover(all pictured) A great motorcycle that to the best of my knowledge is in perfect mechanical condition. The only real cosmetic issue is a small dent(pictured and circled in red) where a piece of lumber that was leaning against the wall in the garage fell over and landed on the front fender. It isn't that bad and only shows up well in the right lighting, but unfortunately, it is there. Bike is located in Pekin, IL 61554. Local pickup only or will arrange shipping at buyer's expense. |

Survey Says Harley-Davidson and BMW Motorcycles Less Reliable Than Japanese – But Owners Don’t Care
Tue, 26 Mar 2013A new survey conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center finds BMW and Harley-Davidson owners are much more likely to report major problems with their motorcycles than owners of Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles. The survey, which will appear on the April 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, says one in three BMW owners reported experiencing a major problem with their bikes in the last four years. Harley-Davidson owners were slightly better, with one in four reporting serious issues.
2010 Harley-Davidson Edition F-150 Revealed
Wed, 11 Feb 2009Unveiled at the Chicago Auto Show this week, the 2010 Harley-Davidson Ford F-150 is officially the first Harley-Davidson edition truck to be constructed from the award-winning 2009 F-150 chassis. This niche market co-branding exercise marks the 14th Harley-Davidson edition of an F-Series truck dating back to 2000. The collaboration between these two companies has produced eight F-150 models, as well as six Super Duty F-250, F-350, and in 2009, the first Harley-Davidson F-450 edition truck.
