With this 2002 Harley-Davidson Deuce with 60,109 miles you get cutting edge custom styling committed to Harley-Davidson's heritage.  A smooth running Twin-Cam 88Bâ„¢ engine set in a classic frame with twin counter balancers,  where unwanted engine vibrations go to die. Plus uou get  a buttery smooth ride courtesy of a hidden rear softail suspension. In addition you get a solid 17" rear rim wrapped in a 160mm tire, a classic 21" spoke wheel mounted between a chromed out front end, plus chrome oil tank, risers, handle bars, fender struts, a cool sounding exhaust and more!

The mileage on this bike is a true testament to how reliable the factory's engines really are. The chrome on this bike still looks great and has a nice finish. The paint looks good and still shines. The seat is soft and supple and is a good match with the forward controls and pull back handlebars providing you an all day comfortable riding position. This Duece still runs, rides, shifts and looks like a champ and is ready to go today. After a close inspection we did find a few bumps and bruises as well as some surface rust on the front spokes, the forward controls and under the triple tree. Motus Hires Former H-D Test Rider + Video

Bruce Edmiston was a Harley-Davidson test rider for over 20 years. In that time, he estimates he’s racked up well north of 500,000 miles on a wide variety of motorcycles from many different parts of the world. He retired from Harley-Davidson in 2009, but the prospect of helping Motus develop an all-American sport-tourer was just the opportunity he needed to come out of retirement and utilize his test riding expertise.

Harley-Davidson Closing Australian Cast Wheel Subsidiary

Harley-Davidson is closing its cast wheel and hub producing subsidiary New Castalloy, deciding to outsource production to third-party suppliers. Based in Adelaide, Australia, New Castalloy produces about 1,450 wheels and 500 wheel hubs per day for Harley-Davidson. That work will be transferred to outside suppliers by the middle of 2013.
