For Sale is a custom 1989 Soft Tail all fresh and rebuilt motor & trans. This bike was just all rebuilt, it has fresh paint, new powder coating, expensive add ons, new white wall tires, 16" ape hangers, Harley Davidson bar clamps, billet mirrors, custom exhaust and it sounds amazing!! 88" motor built with big cams, 6 speed baker trans, custom stiched seat, lots and lots of powder coated black parts not painted or spray paint. New battery, new belt, fires right up, runs excellent, shifts great, clutch is perfect, all the lights and brake lights work, needs front brake pads and that's all it needs. Designed to replace the OEM fork caps, the machined aluminum adjusters can be installed in well under an hour with basic tools and are available for 39mm and 49mm Sportster and Dyna forks. The adjusters sit tight against the triple tree to avoid handlebar interference and are available in clear or black anodized finish. Fri, 19 Dec 2008Every year it seems that newspaper advertisements, radio and TV commercials for Christmas start earlier and earlier. As soon as the sun begins to set on Halloween, department stores begin packing shelves and websites start stocking inventory in preparation for the impending feeding frenzy that will occur for the most commercial of holidays next to valentine’s day. While spending the holiday with family normally keeps me blitzed off eggnog and most of these aforementioned advertisements are enough to make me want to book a cruise for an entire fortnight at the end of December, this one commercial for Harley-Davidson made me laugh.
