Air brushed pic of the four founders, the first bike and the shed it was built in w/ the signatures of Wille G., Bill, Nancy, and Karen Davidson. The bike has just been upgraded with new easy start 585 cams, and fresh over haul 8500 mi. ago w/ S.E. 1550 stroker +.010 pistons and rebuilt heads. The heads and jugs are diamond cut also. The bike has just about every piece of chrome you can imagine! The Bike is a Torbleau trike conversion with reverse. To list a few of the extras: H-d security, Trailer hitch, programmable garage door opener, rider and passenger highway pegs, chrome and lited windshield trim and fearing trim, engine has just about all the chrome covers, oil level and temp lcd dipstick, engine oil cooler, air horn, kuryakyn deluxe panacea lites and billet heal and toe shifter.This bike was spared no expense! Owner of Tsunami-Tossed Harley-Davidson Found in Japan
Wed, 02 May 2012Harley-Davidson representatives in Japan have identified the owner of the motorcycle lost in last year’s tsunami but later found on a remote beach in Canada. The 29-year-old owner, Ikuo Yokoyama, lives in Yamamoto, Japan, in Miyagi Prefecture, the region hardest hit by the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami. Yokoyama survived the disaster but lost three family members and is still living in temporary accommodations.
Japanese Bike Shop Giving Away Harley-Davidson with Life-Sized Anime Character
Mon, 15 Apr 2013Japanese shop Bike-O is holding a draw with a rather unique grand prize: a used 2008 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide with a life-sized figure of anime character Fujiko Mine from the long-running anime and manga series “Lupin III“. We’re not sure whether the motorcycle or the statue is supposed to be the bigger prize here, to be honest. Obviously, we’d rather have an actual road-worthy Harley-Davidson Electra Glide with a custom “champagne pink” paint job.
Harley-Davidson Museum’s Custom Bike Show Weekend on Labor Day
Fri, 08 Aug 2014Labor Day weekend 2014, the place for Harley-Davidson fans to be is at the Harley-Davidson Museum. Starting Thursday, August 28 at 5:00 PM, the biggest bike night of the riding season kicks off the event-filled weekend. The holiday gathering will also include two custom bike shows, a women’s ride, displays of the 2015 Harley-Davidson Models, and the last chance to see the H-D Museum’s summer show entitled The American Road.
