Harley-Davidson Other description

2003 Harley-Davidson Road King FLHRI, You are looking at a 2003 Road King 100th Anniversary finished in sable black. We checked it out in our service department and it did not meet our quality standards because of the hail damage. It has good tires, runs and rides just fine. The exhaust is loud and it really needs the correct Road King Slip Ons that extend to the end of the saddle bags. The right side saddle bag has some cracks and scratches. Look at the pictures and watch the video. This bike can hit the road with an oil change and a minor service. If you can live with the hail dings your are getting a great bike for the money. We can do a service for an extra charge, call us for a quote. You are buying it 'as-is' no wash job or oil change included. If you don't mind doing a little work you will save a lot. This motorcycle does qualify for an optional extended service warranty. Please ask! We are eager to get you up and riding. Call us now! Here at American Motorcycle Trading Co we strive to provide clean quality bikes, because of our large volume we acquire a lot of trade-ins that are good bikes but just don't meet our standards. They may have a lot of miles or cosmetic defects. We would normally sell these bikes to a wholesaler or send them to the auction. We have found that there are a lot of people that want to customize, repair or change the looks of a bike. Buying a bike with bad paint or needing a repair is appealing to a lot of people because of the reduced price. We are for a limited time offering this bike at a low price in our new 'Scratch & Dent' Special trade section. We will update this on a daily basis. We will also do our best to disclose everything about the bike that we see as a defect. This will let you know exactly what you are getting. Please contact our sales team if you have any questions. If you would like more information about this Special Priced Unit unit or would like to discuss a trade in, feel free to send us an email or give us a call toll free 1-888-400-1151. The team here at American Motorcycle Trading Company will be happy to assist you with your purchase. We ship bikes all over the world, so we know how to get your bike to you in a safe, timely manner. We are located fifteen minutes from DFW International Airport. You can fly in and ride it home. Make an adventure out of your purchase! We love trades. Let us know what you have. We have financing for credit scores as low as 400 and very low interest rates for credit scores 700 and above. Take a moment to fill out an on line application and let&apes;s get you up and riding! Harley-Davidson’s New Tattoo Inspired Clothing Line

Thu, 10 Sep 2009

Not everyone can pull off a tattoo, I know I can’t.  Or maybe I’m just too scared to ink up my entire arm for the rest of my life, sporting a faded and stretched color blotch when I’m 75 with my grand kids trying to guess what it once was. Well Harley-Davidson has a solution for me (and maybe you!) Fake it! Harley-Davidson’s new clothing line has been designed by “Tattoo Masters” to give you that authentic tattoo look, but on a shirt.

Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation

Thu, 17 May 2012

Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
