Harley-Davidson Other description

This is one of the best Harley-Davidson touring motorcycle values you will find anywhere. For starters it has an $8000 S and S 124 cubic inch long block crate engine with 585 gear driven Easy Start cams, a full roller valve train, and a high flow oil pump. It produces 134 foot pounds of torque and 120 horsepower at the rear wheel. The T124LC (P/N: 310-0308) engine is low compression (10.2:1) for easy starting. It does not ping on hot Texas days and runs very smoothly on the road. The engine has just over 3000 miles on it now. But it gets much better. Check out the list of included accessories below that cost me about $10000, excluding installation labor. Security system, Cruise control, Adjustable rider backrest, Adjustable rider backrest mounting hardware kit, Passenger backrest pad - Street Glide stitching, 4-Point docking hardware kit, Detachable passenger sissy bar, Detachable two-up luggage rack, Gloss black rear saddlebag guard kit, Premium oil cooler kit, Chrome hardware kit - primary cover, Chrome hardware kit transmission, Chrome hardware kit - cam cover, Chrome hardware kit - lifter block, Chrome front end kit, Flamed upper fork slider covers, Chrome brake disc hardware kit front, Black hand control lever, Heel/Toe shifter shaft cover, Custom gear shift linkage, Custom auxiliary lighting bracket kit, Auxiliary lamp bulb kits - clear lens with vertical reflector optics, Bullet style turn signal kit - clear lens with amber bulb (front and rear), Streamliner highway foot pegs, Engine guard foot peg mounting kit, Engine guard foot peg mount chrome hardware kit, ThunderStar brake rotors - front only, Screamin Eagle Pro EFI Race Tuner, Sundowner deep bucket seat - Street Glide stitching, Rear docking hardware cover kit, Radio antenna hide kit, Harley XM Radio add-on module, Harley XM Radio wire harness, non-UL, Hawg Wired DSC/SX 120watt amplifier & speakers, Kuryakyn Crusher Mellow mufflers with Power Cell cover, Rivera Primo high performance clutch that has an easy pull, 58MM HD Screamin Eagle throttle body with 5.3 gram/second injectors, HD Extreme billet black air cleaner kit, Progressive 940 adjustable rear shocks. Fri, 10 May 2013

Comedian Dan Aykroyd says he offered to bring his Blues Brothers act to Harley-Davidson‘s 110th Anniversary celebrations but was turned down because H-D executives said the act was too old for the company’s target demographics. Aykroyd, playing the role of Elwood J. Blues with the late John Belushi playing “Joliet” Jake Blues, posted a statement on his official Facebook page suggesting Elwood is trading in his Harley-Davidson motorcycle for a Can-Am Spyder.
