1983 HARLEY-DAVIDSON XLH1000, Step back in time with a 30 yr. old bike with custom touches here and there while still keeping with the vintage look. Numerous parts were replaced on this bike to get it where it is today. We took our time with this to make sure it was done right. Now all this bike needs is a rider and that persons touch to make it their own. Owner of Tsunami-Tossed Harley-Davidson Found in Japan
Wed, 02 May 2012Harley-Davidson representatives in Japan have identified the owner of the motorcycle lost in last year’s tsunami but later found on a remote beach in Canada. The 29-year-old owner, Ikuo Yokoyama, lives in Yamamoto, Japan, in Miyagi Prefecture, the region hardest hit by the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami. Yokoyama survived the disaster but lost three family members and is still living in temporary accommodations.
