Classic 1946 harley-davidson WL done up WR style that runs and rides great with a G motor This old classic has the look and patina/right amount of aged greasy dirty look that really gives the bike the vintage Flathead look without the very high prices the knucks and pans are bringing. We were told the motor was overhauled years back and we feel not a lot of miles ago. Just got the bike checked over and serviced and the service guy even said he hasn't rode one that ran and shifted this good in a long time Ready for your personal touches!! You will not find many like this around, selling only because I have other interests. Miles are not required on this year. trophy and helmet are used for display and will go with the bike. Tires have some weather cracks. It is a very fun bike to ride, please bid with confidence what you see is what you get. Pope Francis To Auction Harley-Davidson For Charity
Mon, 21 Oct 2013During Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebrations earlier this year, Pope Francis was given not one, but two Harley-Davidsons, a 2013 Heritage Softail Classic and Dyna Super Glide Custom. Not one for gaudy excess (or a motorcycle ride for that matter), Pope Francis has decided to put both up for auction. Specifically, the Pope has donated the bikes to the Caritas charity near Rome.

Hundreds of bikes thundered through the Black Hills toward Sturgis on Monday afternoon, creating a cacophony not heard in these parts since, well, last year. The sixth annual Legends Ride draws thousands of riders, spectators and celebrities to the historic city of Deadwood, South Dakota each year on a charitable pilgrimage to the Buffalo Chip Campground, and organizers said Monday’s edition was likely the largest ever.
