Ducati Superbike description

I have had this Ducati in my home since 2008 and it is a real looker!  My wife loves this bike!

My other Ducati, which is also for sale, is in my upstairs study. (Please look at my other listing, a Ducati MH900e.) This Parts Unlimited bike is downstairs, sits on a matching aftermarket sport shock and is in good company with Ducati leathers.
Why am I selling both bikes?  Good question.  We are selling our house and downsizing.
This is 1 out of 150 or so Parts Unlimited bikes that were signed by Ducati racing team members, Bostrom and Hodgston. It is my understand that not many exist any longer and I have never seen one on the road!  It reportedly has 1 km at the Ducati track in Italy. I have never ridden the bike and never planned to do so. It's just too fast and looks it too.
This bike is completely stock, unmodified and BRAND NEW. The combustibles were drained before moving to my home and has been inside for the past six years.  The tires are checked and topped frequently.  It is polished, spotless, and ready to go. If you want to ride this bike, then it does need to be serviced. Moving is real easy. The chock goes with the bike. Yes, I have the manuals and keys for both bikes.
