2008 1098R set up for the track. It was meticulously cared for, despite it's track use. The stock bodywork was removed and the bike was then built for track use. The engine itself was left stock for reliability, but the suspension, etc were modified. The build list is fairly extensive... NEW ATTACK BODYWORK. REVALVED OHLINS SUSPENSION FRONT AND REAR TO PEGRAM RACING SPECS. DUCATI PERFORMANCE SLIPPER CLUTCH. 30 DEGREE OFFSET NICHOLS TRIPLE CLAMPS. 520 CHAIN AND SPROCKETS W/ AFAM QUICK CHANGE REAR SETUP. European Union Approves Audi Acquisition of Ducati
Tue, 03 Jul 2012The European Union has granted approval of Audi‘s acquisition of Ducati, removing any legal barriers to the sale. The approval was expected, but an official decision was nevertheless required before the transaction could proceed. The acquisition was announced in April but the deal was still subject to examination by anti-trust authorities.
