1967 Ducati 250 Scrambler. Restored almost 20 yrs ago. Parked in my living area and only taken out a few times to show. Under 1k miles since resto/rebuild. Non original red paint on tank, fenders and headlamp bucket. This motorcycle has not run in about 12 yrs, it was properly stored while kept indoors. Fresh gas, oil and battery will have this beauty roaring to life again. Some spares include a stainless bolt kit for the entire bike, flat Ducati footpeg assembly, tank decals, rear sprocket, tune up kit, gasket set, handlebar clamps and a few other items. New dual sport tires with tubes on 18" rims. Sargent seat cover, Verlicchi bars, Magura controls, Surgical Handgrips, brand new unprepped battery, optional skidplate, sidestand and centerstand. Also included with bike is a rare high mount exhaust pipe (very loud). The last two images shows the bike with high pipe. Clean title, owners manual, parts book, service manual. Questions? Ducati Confirms Checa For 2013, Althea Out
Mon, 29 Oct 2012As the Ducati Factory World Superbike team finalizes its plans for the introduction of the 1199 Panigale into the series, two things are certain: 2011 champion Carlos Checa will be the team’s lead rider, and Team Althea Racing, who have worked with Ducati since 2010, will not be the team’s sponsor. The first bit of news shouldn’t be a surprise, as Checa has been helping the Bologna factory develop the Panigale since mid-year. Checa won the 2011 championship with a masterful display of domination on the 1198, a model many believed to be dated and an underdog before the season began. Details of Checa’s new contract with Ducati have yet to be released other than his role in continuing to develop the 1199 and being the team’s lead rider next year.

Just before Free Practice 3, Valentino Rossi unveiled his Mugello helmet, his message is: "Let's stick together" or "Restiamo uniti" in the style of the Italian entertainer Gianni Morandi.
Satellite Ducati Team Reveals Desmosedici GP12 Specs
Fri, 20 Jan 2012Ducati continues to be tight-lipped about the 2012 edition of its Desmosedici MotoGP race bike, but specifications have finally emerged, thanks to satellite rider Karel Abraham and the Cardion AB satellite team. As a satellite entry, Cardion AB and Abraham won’t have the latest updates to the Desmosedici the factory team has access to, but the Czech team’s announcement reveals some of the basis behind the final machine riders Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden will ride. The Czech team revealed on its official webpage its Ducati Desmosedici GP12 will produce around 250 hp from its 999cc engine.
