Here it is the bike you've been waiting for... This is a mint condition 2006 Ducati 749 in red with 10,xxx miles. This bike has never been raced, never been to a track, never been dropped. The paint job is a 10/10. Have all of the services records and receipt clean bill of health from Michaels Reno Powersport. The ONLY reason I am selling is to help pay for Grad School, but I am by no means going to take a lowball offer. You have to see this bike to believe just how amazing it is. The Ducati 749 is a 90-degree L Twin Desmodromic valve actuated engine sport bike built between 2003 and 2006. This bike was designed by Pierre Terblanche, who studied under the most famous motorcycle designer of all time Massimo Tamburini. I have the original service manual, and new tires. This bike shares everything with the famous 999. I have the history on the bike as well. one of 3, 2006 Ducati 749 bikes to come to Nevada. The only 1 in this state in RED. and never been laid down. Karel Abraham is now a lawyer

Two days after the MotoGP race at Brno Karel Abraham received a bachelor's degree in law. When most riders were fully focussed on the race at Brno, Abraham was also studying for his law exams at his home race. The Ducati rider has had a fragmented season in 2012, missing races through injury, but he was able to get a top 10 finish with ninth in the Czech GP.

New MotoGP Rules for ECU and Factory Status for 2014

The Grand Prix Commission released new rules for the 2014 MotoGP season regarding the standard electronic control unit and what constitutes “factory status” for manufacturers. Starting in 2014, the official MotoGP ECU including internal datalogger from Magneti Marelli will become mandatory. Factory teams will be allowed to program their own ECU software while privateers will be required to run the standard software.

EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship

Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.
