2011 Ducati Multistrada 1200 S TOURING, Electronic suspension and horsepower control. Can switch between 100 HP and 150 HP and suspension settings on the fly. Very well-maintained. Scuff on hand guard, otherwise no chips, scratches, dings. This bike has always been garaged. Throttlemeister. Two seats--Ducati gel touring seat plus standard seat. Frame sliders. When I bought this, I was debating between a BMW 1200 GS and the Ducati. I bought the Ducati because of the street handling--the smaller diameter front tire makes cornering very easy. Miguel Duhamel to Ride for Lightning-Barracuda at Le Mans FIM e-Power/TTXGP Race
Wed, 05 Sep 2012Miguel Duhamel is returning to action to race in the FIM e-Power International Championship for Lightning Motorcycles. The five-time Daytona 200 winner will ride the Lightning Barracuda electric motorcycle for the joint FIM and TTXGP race at Le Mans , and Motorcycle.com had a role in setting up the connection. The topic of a rider for Le Mans came up during the preparations for Associate Editor Troy Siahaan‘s exclusive test of the Lightning race bike last month.

I managed to scuffle my way to the front and even though the handlebar grips were dripping with other people's excited hand secretions, it was a pleasant experience.
Ducati North America Sets New Monthly Sales Record
Mon, 04 Jun 2012Ducati North America set a new monthly sales record selling 1,782 motorcycles in May, easily surpassing its previous record of 1,394 units sold set in June 2008. Helping drive sales was the introduction of the new 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale and the Streetfighter 848 last month. The two new models helped Ducati North America see a 49% year-on-year sales increase for the month.
