Frame, tank & rear fender freshly painted about 1 year ago..  All black with a rally racing stripe down the top center of the tank and rear fender in a HD color, black diamond.  Similiar to the LA raiders colors..

Bike never in rain.  Stored in a climate controlled garage or sometime's, my living room.

It has a 2008 Single down tube, softail pro-street frame.  Original assembly of this bike was finished in 2010.  I purchased it from the original owner, about 2 years ago, rode it for a few month's and decided to make it all new again.. Sold all the parts that I felt weren't reliable or could be potential problems..  Bought all new part's.  Took it to Stroker's in Dallas Texas and had it professionally assembled, approximately 5 months ago..  Been enjoying it on the occasional weekend and put an estimated 800 miles on it.  This bike is Fat, Low & Fun to ride..

Freshly serviced.  New fluid's and battery stay's on battery tender.

The very minor issue's:
Minor suface scuff's here & there from cleaning, waxing, etc., nothing major, hardly noticeable.
The paint on the tank does have very few bubbles under the paint on the lower bottom side only.   Tried to take about 50 picture's, not noticeable in any picture...  It is noticeable if you plan on showing the bike & someone gets a magnifying glass out.  The paint is all intact and not coming off, just like to mention and be very thorough with the details of this bike.  Also, the digital speedo occasionally doesn't work.  Was planning on just removing.

This bike was built for reliability and performance.  Although, it will still look nice in your living room as a piece of art..

This bike doesn't leak a drop of oil!!!!  Perfectly tuned, Soft tail frame & people do hear you coming if you want them too..
Does have a new matching suction cup rear seat, included..  I'm nearly 40 & I can ride this bike 6 hours straight with no problem.  Although, i grew up on shovel head's.  If you're expecting a cruising bike built for comfort & is soft like a moped, this may not be for you.  This bike is for releasing stress, hauling ass & tearing up the streets with pleasure..  It's very fun to ride.

Clear & Free title in hand with MSO's on Motor & Transmission..

Battery tender, MSO's, matching seat for passenger, box of misc. extra parts, manual from Baker & S&S all included.

Not desperate in anyway.  Looking for another toy to replace this one.. Family fishing or pleasure boat, trade up or down..  Prefer a aft cabin boat, similiar to a silverton.  Not interested in another bike as I have two right now..  If you have something of much more value and want to trade, I have other thing's to sweeten the deal.

Reasonable Reserve price set.  This isn't the bike for you if you only have $10k to spend.  Do the math, motor, trans & primary would cost you over $11k alone...  You probably won't even find a baker function formed primary on a bike selling on ebay right now, beside's this one..  The S&S V111 has all the torque you can handle on a bike built for the street..

I have well over $40k invested here & my reserve is set at a very reasonable price, a little less than 1/2 that..

2ND to last picture is what this bike originally looked like before it was dissassembled and made new again.

The Ride of a Lifetime by Paul Teutul Sr.

Tue, 10 Mar 2009

According to the New York Post, David Letterman is a big motorcycle fan and could watch the same bike being built all week long. One of Letterman’s bikes did appear in the September 2008 issue of American Iron Magazine and he also wrote the forward to Paul Teutul Sr.’s new book “The Ride of a Lifetime” so I guess he walks the walk and talks the talk. If you don’t already know who Paul Teutul Sr.

Natural Habitats

Sat, 26 Jan 2013

SAM Christmas has been a professional photographer for the last 3 years and is the man behind Natural Habitats, a collection of photos covering the growing UK custom scene, showing bikes and their builders at home.    Sam's clients include the likes of Honda, Dainese, Google, Polo Jeans and Edwin denim but Natural Habitats is a personal project that took one and a half years to complete. I got to meet Sam when the exhibition opened in Shoreditch on Thursday evening.
