2009 Can-Am Spyder RS SM5, This was a trade-in for a new vehicle. We installed new front tires. No dents, no dings, no curb rash on the wheels. It's a no-issue bike. Fun! Can-Ams are much easier to drive than a motorcycle and they have a lot more safety features like Traction Control, Stability Control and ABS brakes. With the two wheels in front and a great suspension, you get much better handling and control than a tryke. You get storage in the front end so you don't need saddle bags. It's powered by a 106 hp 990 V-Twin so it's got a lot of power. This is a one owner vehicle. We installed new front tires. It's got no dents, no dings, no issues. 2012 Can-Am Spyder Roadster Lineup Announced
Mon, 11 Jul 2011Bombardier Recreational Products announced its 2012 lineup of Can-Am Spyder Roadsters. The 2012 Can-Am Spyder Roadster line consists of two RS models and four RT touring models. All 2012 models come with a new amber-colored display, with the RS models receiving an LCD screen while the RT models get a Dot-matrix screen.
2013 Can-Am Spyder RT and ST Models Recalled for Fire Risk
Fri, 30 Aug 2013Transport Canada announced a recall for all 2013 Can-Am Spyder RT and ST series roadsters because of a risk of a vehicle fire. At the moment, a recall has only been announced for Canada but a representative from Bombardier Recreational Products says agencies in other countries such as the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration are also preparing for a recall.
