1970 Bultaco Matador on 2040-motos

Original condition Bultaco Matador Mk 3, model 26. Built in May 1970. 1967 original miles! Runs nice. Everything works. Has original Femsatronic ignition with original key. New battery. New rear tire. Still has the original front tire! Original Amal 932 carburetor has been serviced. Forks have new seals, were cleaned and have new oil. Engine oils thoroughly flushed and refilled. Part of the wiring harness coming out of the magneto has been re-wrapped. Horn works, kill works, high/low beam and headlight bucket toggle switch work. Original mirrors. Original reflectors. Some paint on the top of the tank bubbled a bit, see photos. It is not perfect, but close. This is a left side kick and right side shift bike.

I did not want to do too much to it during a restoration due to possibly hurting the value. Sometimes just cleaning & polishing and leaving it alone retains more value than a full paint job or powder coating of parts. I have found nearly all parts anyone would wish to replace are available on line but are pricey. I have nearly 50 hours of labor in it and also all the receipts for OEM parts I bought. This is a true classic and not many left in this shape.
