A cool 2005 Buell Lightning City Cross (City X - motocross for the streets) XB9SX with less than 7000 mis on it. Just replaced the spark plugs and she's running great! Flat black with red pin-stripes. Brand new battery. Decent tires, highline seat, etc. Dual headlamps with rock guards. Enduro style bars. This amazing collector's item carries the gas in the FRAME and the oil in the SWINGARM for low center of gravity. Underslung exhaust for very low center of gravity! Front brake rotors attach to the rim instead of the hub to allow lighter weight spokes. Tons of torque! A 1000cc bike the size of a 600! Very cool and 1 of Eric Buell's best. Erik Buell Racing to Attend Motodays Fiera Roma

Erik Buell Racing is continuing to expand its European presence by appearing at Motodays Fiera Roma, one of Europe’s largest motorcycle trade shows. Held March 6-9 in Rome, Motodays will be an important event for EBR’s plans to establish a European dealer network. EBR opened its first European office last month in the Netherlands, but Motodays will be the European motorcycle show debut of the company and its 1190RX sportbike.

Update Nov 13: Last Buell Motorcycle Rolls Off the Line An emotional Erik Buell has posted a video on the Buell Motorcycle site officially announcing that Harley-Davidson has shut down all Buell motorcycle production. Geoff May To Ride EBR 1190RX In 2014 World Superbike Championship

During the AIMExpo in Orlando, Florida last week, Erik Buell Racing (EBR) took the covers off its latest sportbike, the 1190RX. The company also announced it would be taking the 1190RX directly to World Superbike competition in 2014, with Geoff May the team’s number one rider. Joining the world championship was a dream both May and Buell talked about regularly, dating back to when May first joined the team in 2010 riding the 1125R, so clearly both parties are excited about the season ahead.
