Bike Torque Racing is a leading UK importer and trade distributor of high quality products for motorcycles. 
Established in 1994, we distribute many world class brands including Brembo brakes, Afam chains and sprockets, Domino products, Ognibene chains, OZ wheels, Woodcraft products, NRC engine covers, Zard Exhausts, Nikko G Packs, Surflex clutches, Shido batteries, Pipercross air filters and much more.

We always dispatch orders as quickly as we can. This usually means same working day dispatch for postal orders received by 12.00 and courier orders received by 14.00. 
In busy periods there may be a slight delay, but we always try to keep any delays to an absolute minimum
Please be aware that we are based in the EU, so if you are purchasing from outside of the EU your purchase may attract import duty upon arrival into your country. Bike Torque Racing accepts no responsibility or liability for import duties, and they are not included in our prices. We also cannot falsify invoices or customs declarations purporting to the value of your item, so please do not ask.
We close at weekends and on Bank Holidays, so any orders made during these periods will not be processed until the following working day

RESPONSIBILITY FOR FITMENT
Some parts and products are supplied with technical specifications and fitting instructions and some not. It is most important that all persons or companies carrying out fitting work should read all such information and be competent and knowledgeable in the task they are undertaking. The fitting of some parts may necessitate the modification of other parts and/or the replacement or removal of other parts. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the correct parts are fitted and that any necessary modifications are carried out competently. If you are in any doubt please consult a professional mechanic or engineer. It is expressly your own responsibility to ensure that all parts are fitted correctly and that all safety measures have been taken. Always refer to the manufacturers workshop manual.

IMPORT DUTIES
Please be aware that we are based in the EU, so if you are purchasing from outside of the EU your purchase may attract import duty upon arrival into your country. RACE EXHAUST SYSTEMS
All race exhausts systems and silencers are sold for RACE AND TRACK USE ONLY. They are illegal for use on British and many European roads and do not conform to MOT standards. We will not accept any liability whatsoever for their use on the highway. Only 'E' marked exhausts are legally useable on public highways. If you have unknowingly purchased a race exhaust, from us, which you intended to use on the public highway, please return it, in perfect condition, before any attempt has been made to fit it and we will be more than happy to exchange it for a road legal unit, subject to availability and adjusted cost.

RACING & TRACK RIDING
Warranty on any and all products sold by Bike Torque Racing Ltd is invalidated by their use in racing or track riding. All parts sold for use in racing are not warrantied in any way.

We are happy to accept returns in accordance with distance selling regulations
With the exception of faulty items, all returns requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item, and subsequent returns must be made within a further 28 days from the date that we authorise the return

With the exception of faulty items, we will not accept responsibility for return postage costs unless authorised by us in advance

All returns must be accompanied by a note including your full contact details and reason for the return - Our warehouse team cannot process a return if they do not know who you are
