Buyers Inspection: Motorcycles of Dulles has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Motorcycles of Dulles welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping & Delivery:
1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Motorcycles of Dulles will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Motorcycles of Dulles as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Motorcycles of Dulles.
3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
1. Terms of Sale Overview: As this motorcycle is also for sale in our showroom, we reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our eBay motorcycle listings. All motorcycle sales are subject to a $384.00 processing fee and a minimal local gross receipts tax. (Usually between $8 and $20) The winning bidder must contact us immediately at auction end to provide appropriate contact information. If outside of business hours, this can be done via email through the eBay listing. A non-refundable partial payment of $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars U.S.) is required immediately to close the auction and to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (including all applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. Ducati changes course and creates a more streetable sportbike With the announcement today at EICMA 2024 of the Panigale V2 and V2 S, Ducati have turned a page within its middleweight sportbike book, taking small steps away from outright sportiness and veering towards a little bit of streetability. Taking advantage of the new V2 engine it recently introduced, Ducati claims this latest edition of the Panigale V2 is not only comfortable and streetable – while still being track worthy – but is also the lightest Panigale the company has ever made, at 395 lbs without fuel (388 lbs for the S, 37 lbs lighter than before). Ducati’s sportbike history has been rooted in racing.

Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points. BMW “Persistent Erection” Lawsuit Dismissed

The Superior Court of San Francisco has dismissed lawsuits against BMW and Corbin-Pacific Inc. brought on by a man who claimed a motorcycle ride gave him an erection that lasted for several months. The story made headlines and drew much ridicule after the man said vibrations from his 1993 BMW K1100RS and Corbin aftermarket seat resulted in a case of priapism, a condition in which a penis remains erect for a prolonged period of time.
